Gwyneth Paltrow and Robert Downey Jr takes turns with battle-damaged armor for a new poster for Iron Man 3 and a cover shot for Empire magazine.
For a helmet that’s almost been ripped in half, Iron Man’s worse-for-wear headpiece sure is making the rounds. First, Pepper Potts cradles the damaged dome in a new poster for Iron Man 3, complete with fiery debris raining down around her, and then Robert Downey Jr takes center stage on the cover of Empire magazine, with one image features all the magazine copy and a second one taking away all the fluff and focusing on the armored hero.
 

The poster of Pepper is awesome but the Empire covers could use a little work, IMO. After all, it’s obvious that Iron Man took a serious beating. Shouldn’t RDJ be sporting a bruise or two to reflect the damage that was inflicted on him?
Iron Man 3 arrives in theaters on May 3, 2013 (April 26 in UK).
