Robert Downey, Jr. suits up while ringing the opening bell at New York Stock Exchange on Tuesday (April 30) in New York City.
The 48-year-old actor attended the event to promote his upcoming action flick Iron Man 3.
“I know you’re all here because you’ve been doing something special in the fantastic five buroughs, this great city, this great empire state,” Robert shared with students at a screening the night before.
He added, “I just wanna say I’m here to honor you and say the future of this city, this state, this nation—you guys can do whatever you want. I guarantee you. Just keep doing the right thing and you’re going to be running the joint in a minute.”
